EMP106 Project Management Essentials (2)

The subject focuses on developing an appreciation and understanding of how project management is applicable in the workplace. The aim of a project is achievement of successful outcomes, and this subject complements this important aspect by examining the basic principles of project management and how these are applied in different workplace contexts. The application of case studies, as part of the subject and assessment, provides students the opportunity to learn the importance of collaborative effort with various stakeholders and knowing how to plan for effective project management and evaluate project progress.
