This subject draws on change theory, project management method and evidence-based practice to prepare students for the conduct of a change project related to their current or future health leadership context and role. Students formulate an argument for change, convene and facilitate a project team, gather and analyse health-related data and implement change. Through this experience, students learn how to model a positive attitude about how health services are continually changing and that modelling this attitude is an important role of health managers and leaders. The subject concludes with the submission of a change business report or a publishable article.
