Examines ethical and legal issues pertaining to sport activities, events and enterprises. Beginning with a study of morals and ethics and how they impact on sport, students will then analyse some ethical codes in sport. They will next study legal concepts applicable in professional sport, such as contract law, due process and equal protection, and labour law.
