MGM509 Implementing Change (8)

This subject extends the learning covered in MGT540 Facilitating Change and introduces students to the processes of change implementation. Students will have the opportunity to engage in authentic and practical activities to develop their skills, knowledge and expertise in managing various stages of the change process. Contemporary aspects of change are considered from disruptive, rapid and volatile operating environments to nimble, agile, dynamic recovery and data driven change responses. Ethical and human centred approaches are considered alongside strategic, policy, governance and viability issues. On completion students will be able to draw upon a personal toolkit of skills and processes to facilitate effective change initiatives within organisations.
