The Actual Duration is the time taken to complete the course following the prescribed enrolment pattern. A course's actual duration can be affected by the session calendar (number of sessions undertaken per year) and/or mode (full time, part time or mixed) and credit packages which may have been granted unpon admission. Therefore, depending on the prescribed enrolment pattern, mode, calendar utilised and credit awarded a course may take less time or more time to complete than the duration noted as full time equivalent years. Admission Criteria

CSU Admission Policy

Master of Social and Organisational Leadership (with specialisations)

For entry to the Master of Social and Organisational Leadership (with specialisations) Articulated Set, applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent) PLUS relevant professional attainment/work experience. 

Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Social and Organisational Leadership on the basis of professional attainment/work experience. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, students will be eligible for admission to the Master of Social and Organisational Leadership (with specialisations) Articulated Set and receive credit for applicable subjects.

Graduates of CSU's Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership will be eligible for admission to the Master of Social and Organisational Leadership (with specialisations) Articulated Set with full credits as per IECL agreements.

Graduate Certificate in Social and Organisational Leadership

Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent) PLUS relevant professional attainment/work experience. Applicants may also be considered on the basis of relevant professional attainment and/or work experience alone.

There is no prescribed enrolment pattern because of the flexibility of the course. However, it is recommended that students progressively complete subjects in the Graduate Certificate, then the Graduate Diploma and finally the Masters.
