CUS412 Customs Workplace Improvement Project (16)

Under CSU supervision students will undertake a workplace improvement project. Students will identify a workplace issue/problem and over the course of the session conduct a situation analysis, develop solutions and prepare and present an implementation plan for their executive management.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
  • be able to demonstrate appropriate research techniques;

Syllabus

This subject will cover the following topics:
  • As part of a team and under the supervision of a dedicated supervisor/mentor the student will identify an existing customs administrative practice and formulate improvements to that practice.
