Students will be required to access a range of dedicated lighting design studio space.
This subject provides fundamental knowledge of the relationship between the physical properties of light and human visual-perception with a focus on the creative use of lighting for design. Students are guided through core skills required in the interpretation of design briefs from client/script through to implementation in stage, screen or public/commercial application. The subject covers requisite workplace health and safety requirements for site specific design work in real world design scenarios.
