EEL407 Mentoring/Workplace PD Strategies for VET (8)

Mentoring is increasingly recognised as an important strategy in the professional development of teachers and other educational practitioners. This subject looks at the differing modes of mentoring and other workplace professional development strategies which can be fitted to purpose and the conditions and principles that enable both mentoring and being mentored to be a positive contribution to professional growth. The subject takes a practical approach to mentoring and engages students in reflecting on mentoring programs they have been part of, or have researched.
