ENG580 Performance Planning and Review - Professional Engineer (4)

In this subject, students engage in reflective management of their learning and professional performance. They set their goals, plan their workload, negotiating a learning contract between themselves and their industry placement employer. Students then use evidence-based reflection processes to determine if they have met their goals, adjusting their professional practice where necessary. This subject also includes a summative evaluation including feedback from workplace learning supervisors. Students are expected to perform at the level of a Professional Engineer.
