The subject focuses on discourses of quality learning models and provides opportunities for students to evaluate beliefs, philosophies and practices in relation to contemporary leadership in early childhood settings. In doing so, students will interrogate their own leadership practices in relation to leadership for learning, and stimulate innovative ideas and recommendations for reshaping learning approaches in early childhood settings.
