Students will learn about contemporary conceptualisations of creativity, innovation and change. Students will complete a range of work based assessments which will involve investigating ways to judiciously facilitate creativity, innovation and change. This is one of three subjects undertaken as part of the Graduate Certificate in Leading Change or as a coursework elective stream designed to be taken as a capstone experience in the Master of Health Services Management following completion of the eight core subjects.
