This subject provides an introduction to the principles of strategic management in information agencies. Students will analyse a range of information environments and learn how to formulate a strategic position for an information agency. They also learn the theoretical concepts and practical skills involved in developing and implementing strategic plans, and how these relate to the higher level goals and objectives of an organisation.
