The purpose of this subject is to develop an awareness of and the skills applicable to managing people from a cross-cultural perspective. Key areas include communication, leadership and motivation, culture, negotiation, decision making, global alliances, emerging economies, applied ethics and social responsibility. The subject then examines how these factors influence managing people within a global business.
