This subject broadly introduces students to the accounting profession, financial accounting, management accounting, ethics and professional codes of conduct with a focus on professional competencies required in practice. Throughout the subject, students will explore and develop a range of critical interpersonal, communication and personal skills that have been identified by professional accounting bodies.

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
