This subject focuses on the development of your professional identity, knowledge and work practice. It provides you with an opportunity to build upon the skills, knowledge and personal insights gained from Work Integrated Learning 1 (BUS113) and Work Integrated Learning 2 (BUS221). Through integration of theoretical constructs with work environment examples you will have the opportunity to extend your critical reflective practice, and further explore your own personal development, professional skills, and work ethic.
