This subject introduces students to the conceptual, logistic, financial, and communicative aspects of managing production for a range of environments. It will develop the student's ability to effectively manage production processes, from concept development to production visualisation and documentation. Students have the opportunity to create a plan for a themed and media specific production that develops their collaborative, reflective, communication and planning skills.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

  • Production documentation such as schedules, budgets, site plans, working drawings, equipment lists, partnerships and risk register
  • What works and what doesn't - reflective processes for production planning
