This subject explores how to identify, connect and build relationships in a professional communication context. Students will explore a range of specific strategies to understand the importance of audiences needs and behaviours in developing communication for impact in a digital age. This subject is one of four introductory subjects that build the theoretical and discipline specific skills essential for communication professionals.

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
