This subject explores the art of initiating, developing, maintaining and terminating a range of relationships in professional practice contexts. This subject also explores the interpersonal skills necessary to build relationships, including the art of listening, negotiating and managing conflict as important parts of professional practice. This subject embodies the principles of practice-based learning.
