In this subject the emphasis will be on the application of the students skills and knowledge to allow a critical evaluation of current domestic practice and their ability to demonstrate their capability to develop and guide policy determination and be an 'arbiter of change'. Students will transition knowledge and skills gained from earlier subjects in the course from the international law basis, upon which these subjects have been founded, to their own domestic law and practice under supervision.
