DES113 Spatial Design (8)

This subject introduces students to a range of roles and responsibilities in environmental design, including the requisite time and financial planning skills, and computer aided design (CAD) skills and drawing for a range of spatial design outcomes. Students explore the relationship between contextual analysis to the organisational principles of space and place. Students undertake projects through the use of designer-led approaches to the analysis, visualisation and construction of environments, students undertake projects responding to site-specific contextual needs.
