ENG281 Performance Planning and Review - Junior Cadet (6)

During this subject, students engage in management of their learning and professional performance and planning their pathway in engineering course. They set their goals and plan their workload, negotiating a learning contract between themselves, their workplace supervisors, and their academic mentors. Students then use evidence-based reflection processes to determine if they have met their goals, adjusting their professional practice where necessary. They also explore their professional identity by reflecting on their teamwork skills, interpreting code of ethics, and integrating into practice the norms of the workplace.
