ENG381 Performance Planning and Review - Intermediate Cadet (6)

This subject supports the professional development of cadets throughout their intermediate cadetship, focussing on developing their project management, teamwork and leadership skills in addition to advancing in their reflective practice. They actively identify their responsibilities as intermediate cadets and opportunities suitable for their professional development during placement which clearly shows advancement over their previous performance planning and review subjects learning experiences. Their workplace supervisor and academic mentor will guide them in this process. Students set goals and goal management plans that help them realise their professional development, thus identify and progress in these goals through an evidence-based reflection process.
