This subject will enable students to explore strategies for self-management to enable productive and sustainable professional lives. Students will critically analyse professional practice in the context of relevant legal requirements, codes of conduct and practice standards. Students will consolidate their skills in developing their understanding of effective interprofessional partnerships as a strong foundation for ethical practice, collective reasoning and person-focused practice. The evaluation of workplace cultures and the importance of respectful relationships will prepare students for graduate-entry practice in a range of healthcare contexts.
