Students consider key legislation, accountabilities, responsibilities and policy related to health management and leadership. They also explore contract management and conflict of interest. Underpinning this are the concepts of praxis and ethical leadership, which offer students a mechanism for framing and enacting legal and ethical responsibilities in their practice.
