Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
  • be able to critically examine the importance of measuring HRM initiatives to demonstrate the value of HRM activities;
  • be able to identify and apply the main ethical considerations in relation to evaluating the HRM function and activities;
  • be able to describe and evaluate the application of various evaluation techniques;
  • be able to offer viable and justifiable solutions in relation to identified business problems; and
  • be able to design and propose tailored solutions to Human Capital Analytics to meet specific business needs.

  • Communicating HRM effectiveness
  • Developing an HRM audit
