This subject has been designed in module format to provide students with knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues which are of interest to Indigenous Australian people. Students will reflect on their own standpoints as they explore the topics and Indigenous perspectives will be prioritised throughout this exploration. Students will explore the colonial foundations of a relevant discipline and will apply decolonising practices as a way to contribute to a more socially just society.
