Data and analytics can help decision makers in public, private and not-for-profit organisations transform operations, cut costs, improve efficiency, predict customer behaviour, enhance employee satisfaction, improve recruitment and employee-organisation fit, generate forecasts, and generally make informed strategic decisions. This subject teaches leaders and senior executives how to use analytics to make data-driven decisions for competitive advantage and how to communicate the findings to various stakeholders. Students will draw on a range of modern visual tools and interactive media to present a compelling narrative for action.
