This subject examines leadership and leadership practice within the context of higher education and in alignment with the university's strategic mission. The subject explores various conceptualisations of management and leadership. Participants are encouraged to reframe their current understanding of leading and managing at CSU. Participants will explore various representations and theories of leadership to articulate their own leadership values and philosophy. This work-focussed subject aims to build self-aware and reflective practitioners.
