This program is available to applicants who have completed an undergraduate science degree or equivalent and have had at least two years of relevant professional experience.*

The Master of Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science ) is annually competitive.
Course requirements
To graduate with Master of Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science), you must complete 96 subject points. These subject points are obtained by satisfactorily completing the eight subjects (64 subject points) listed in Sessions 1-4 below plus a further 32 subject points from the subject MSC510 Dissertation 1.

Students may elect to exit the Master program following the completion of Session 4 (see course structure above) and graduate with the award Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.
