Introduces students to the supra-functional concerns of the CEO
and examines the analytical methods of business and corporate
strategy. Students will study the links between changes in corporate
strategy and appropriate financial strategies. Of major concern
will be problems of congruence between strategy and financial
techniques on one hand, and the other functional concerns of the
firm on the other hand.
