Based on a model of Human Resource Management (HRM) involving the interaction of three areas of Human Resource (HR) practice - personnel management, industrial relations and training and development. Each of these fields has been introduced in earlier subjects, they are revisited and selected issues relevant to the future of the HR function are discussed in detail. Draws together the three fields into a coherent vision of HRM in Australia.
