Examines in detail the character of the industrial relations systems
in Britain, the USA, Sweden and Japan. Comparative studies cover
brief background material and detailed identification and discussion
of the main features of each industrial relations system. The
significance of these comparative studies to contemporary Australian
industrial relations is carefully analysed.
