LAW100 AUSTRALIAN LEGAL SYSTEM (8)

Examines some major features of the Australian legal system including the Australian Constitution, law making and statutory interpretation, the judicial process and dispute resolution. Introduces some major areas of substantive law, including tort, with emphasis on professional negligence, economic torts, property law; and crime, with emphasis on commercial offences and corporate criminal liability.
