Three level two management related subjects which
may include ACC230 (or ACC210 and FIN210) and/or MGT, HRM, INR,
MKT subjects

Draws on material and concepts studied in prior subjects. Covers
strategic planning function in an organisation. Considers influences
on the planning function, including policy formulation, internal
politics, and the decision making processes. Examines the relationship
between strategic planning and an organisation's goals and mission,
analysis of the environment in which the organisation operates,
and the internal resources of the organisation. Includes the opportunity
to participate in a computer based business simulation.
