Develops a framework for the analysis of decisions, with emphasis
on applications to selected decision models. Topics include the
basic structure of decision situations, uncertainty and risk,
the value of perfect and imperfect information, sequential decision
problems, utility functions, further inventory models, queuing
theory, appraisal techniques for investment decisions, renewal
and replacement strategies.
