The Faculty of Arts


The Faculty of Arts is one of the five foundation faculties within Charles Sturt University.

The Faculty consists of six schools:

School of Communication - Charles Sturt University at Bathurst

School of Humanities & Social Sciences - Charles Sturt University at Wagga Wagga

School of Visual & Performing Arts - Charles Sturt University at Wagga Wagga

School of Theology - St Mark's National Theological Centre at Canberra

Professional Development Centre (Policing) - NSW Police Academy at Goulburn

The Faculty offers a wide choice of liberal arts studies as well as professional courses ranging from criminal justice and policing, welfare and psychology to communication, television, graphic design, theatre and theology. Courses are offered from diploma level in some areas to Honours degrees, masters and doctoral level studies, in the distance education and on campus modes.
