Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or a qualification deemed to be equivalent. Applicants with other academic and/or professional qualifications and/or work experience acceptable to the University will be considered.
Credit is not available for this course. However, if a student can demonstrate competence in up to two subjects by virtue of previous studies in recognised award courses, the student may apply to the Courses Manager to substitute other subjects. Unlike credit, substitution does not reduce the number of subjects required to complete the course.
This Graduate Certificate contains four subjects that are included in the Master of Business (Applied Finance). Students who continue into the Masters program will receive credit for these subjects.
To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete four compulsory eight-point subjects.
While there is no requirement to attend the University at any time, optional classes may be offered over one or two days duration during the teaching session.
