The Faculty offers undergraduate degrees in health services management, medical imaging, habilitation, gerontology, occupational therapy, pre-hospital care, emergency management, leisure and health, medical laboratory science, medical and applied biotechnology, pharmacy and preregistration and `post-basic' courses in nursing. A wide range of postgraduate courses are available from Doctorate to Graduate Certificate level.
To complement the program of undergraduate and postgraduate studies, staff from the Faculty of Health Studies maintain an active involvement in a variety of research activities spanning the fields of medical radiation science, nursing, health services management, paramedical science, gerontology, emergency management, medical laboratory science, medical and applied biotechnology, respiratory science, leisure and occupational therapy.
