This course is designed to provide graduates with an opportunity to review and extend their own professional development. It is a basic qualification for those employed or seeking employment in the teaching or administering of professional development programs. It is appropriate for staff in School Education, Technical and Further Education, the Defence Forces, Industry, Commerce, the Police and other services.
A further aim of the course is to develop students' conceptual understanding of professional development to enable them to effectively continue studies in the area (for example, to Masters level).
Some students may be able to claim a tax deduction for all or part of the program.

Part-time 1 year (2 sessions)
To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete four compulsory subjects (eight subject points each to the total value of 32 subject points).
There is no residential school requirement in this course.
There is no practicum requirement in this course.
