EHR226 Exercise Testing and Prescription (8)

Physical conditioning practices apply exercise interventions to promote adaptation and reduce injury risk. In this subject, students will extend their knowledge of general exercise programming guidelines for health and fitness, develop their capacity to evaluate exercise capacities and design and implement training interventions to achieve specific physiological and performance goals. After completing this subject, students will be able to develop and implement long-term conditioning programs using evidence-based techniques to achieve physical conditioning and performance goals.
