EMR407 Personal Development, Health, & Physical Education in the Primary School. (8)
This subject aims to develop the students' personal knowledge and skills related to the learning area of Personal Development, Health and Physical Education. From this basis students will be expected to develop concepts, knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable them to plan effective learning experiences in PD/H/PE. The subject examines implications for a PD/H/PE in a K-6 framework, however specific emphasis will be given to the development of teaching programs for younger children.
