This subject uses a case-based approach to explore social work theory and practice during the intervention stage with individuals, groups and communities, including organisational issues. It builds on the engagement and assessment skills developed in previous theory and practice subjects. Case studies focus on intervention in disability and child wellbeing and protection contexts in human services.
