HRM512 Values and Conflict in Organisations (8)

Enrolment Restriction: Postgraduate students only
The first part of this subject looks at how theories of morality and Western ethics can be applied in exercising moral judgement to deal with typical ethical dilemmas faced by human resource managers, as well as the behaviours and policies that exemplify an ethical organisation. The second part deals with the theoretical bases, processes and organisational arrangements for dealing with conflict resolution in the workplace.
