Libraries and other cultural institutions worldwide play a unique role in delivering training, education and lifelong learning opportunities for their communities. This subject provides an introduction to the strategies and skills required to facilitate the effective design, dissemination and delivery of education and training programs within the information and cultural sectors. Marketing, advocacy and building practical funding partnerships are also examined in the context of effective program delivery.
