Prerequisite: ITC106 and ITC242
This subject will provide students with a general introduction to Server Administration and Maintenance. The focus is on essential tasks of Unix system administration and network management. The subject covers fundamentals of system administration, system users and resource management, basics of network system administration and system performance management. Students will also learn to create scripts for automating administrative tasks.
