The Leadership Challenge subject aims to develop students' personal leadership capabilities. Students have the opportunity to explore leadership challenges and aspects of change in themselves and in the team/organisation/community context. Students will undertake leadership development exercise(s) in response to contemporary leadership challenges and compare their own perception of leadership abilities with that of their colleagues. Using experiential learning and critical reflection, students will develop a blueprint for leadership practice.
