This subject focuses on students becoming and being confident in their professional identity and their ability to succeed in the workplace. Students will have opportunities to articulate the unique contribution occupational therapy makes to services and organisations. As part of this subject, students will be required to identify their personal strengths and develop strategies for their continuing professional development. Students will draw on their workplace learning experiences to discuss and critique management strategies and discuss characteristics of effective processes, teams and workplaces.
