International students entry requirementsEntry requirements for CSU courses vary from country to country. The below informaton, which aims to provide basic entry requirement information, is intended as a guide only. Qualifications not listed below will be assessed on a case by case basis.

  • ATAR - 65
  • OP - Minimum of 16 = ATAR 65
  • USFP - 57%
  • MUFY - 46%
  • UNSW Foundation - 57%
Bangladesh
  • A Higher Secondary or Intermediate Certificate awarded in the first division (minimum 65%)
  • Completion of at least one year of study at a recognised university with satisfactory grades
  • A completed award with a minimum aggregate of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate
China
  • Completion of the first year of a recognised university bachelor degree
  • A completed award with a minimum aggregate of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate
India
  • Completion of the All India Senior School Certificate, where awarded by CBSE, CISCE and metro state boards.  Overall grade in the best four subjects - 6/20 where A1=5, A2=4.5, B1=3.5, B2=3, C1=2, C2=1.5 D1=1 D2=0.5
  • Completion of the India School Certificate with an overall grade average of 60% in the best four subjects
  • A completed award with a minimum aggregate of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate
  • Completion of two GCE A2 Levels with a minimum of 2 x D or equivalent in a minimum of two subjects, where A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1
  • A pass in the first division in the Pre-University Certificate
Malaysia
  • GCE "A" Levels - 2 x E or equivalent (Minimum 2 academic subjects)
  • Sijil Tinggi Pelagaran Malaysia (STPM) - Minimum of two principal passes, aggregate score required is between 6-8
  • South Australian Matriculation (SAM) - 51 in the exam but TER 70 for most courses (except for Pharmacy, Physiotheraphy)
  • Cambridge Higher School Certificate (HSC-A) levels - Two passes at C Grade or higher in appropriate subjects
Nepal
  • School Leaving Certificate plus minimum of two year bachelor degree
  • A completed award with a minimum aggregate of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate
Singapore
South Korea
  • Completion of at least one year of study at a recognised university with satisfactory grades
Sri Lanka
  • Completion of the GCE A Levels.  Overall grade in the best three subjects equalling 5/15 where A1=5, B=4, C=3, S=1
  • Completion of two GCE A2 Levels with a minimum of 2 x D or equivalent in a minimum of two subjects, where A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1
  • A completed award with a minimum aggregate of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate
  • Sri Lankan GCE A level plus a recognised Diploma (both completed)
  • Completion of first year of a recognised university bachelor degree
  • Completion of recognised College or Polytechnic Diploma
Vietnam
  • Minimum aggregate of 33 or above in the Bang Tot Nghiep Pho Thong Trung Hoc (Diploma of General Education)
  • The Chung chi Dai hoc Dai Cuong (First Phase University Certificate)
  • Completion of at least one full-time year at bachelor degree level at a recognised university or tertiary institution
  • A completed award with a minimum aggregate of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate
