Who will meet me when I arrive in Australia? As part of our personalised welcome service, a CSU International Student Support Officer or CSU Representative will meet you on arrival in the city where you will study.
Once you have confirmed your travel details be sure to contact the International Student Support Officer on your campus. A University representative will meet you on your arrival in Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange or Wagga Wagga and take you to your campus.
Please note that we are unable to meet regional campus students in Sydney or Melbourne and students must travel to their campus cities.
An International Student Support Officer ensure that you meet and greet other students.
All students MUST return the Arrival Form even if you do not wish to be met. The Arrival Form MUST be received at least ONE WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL. Without sufficient notice your International Student Support Officer will not be able to arrange for you to be met upon arrival.
This service starts at least a week before the Orientation Week and continues up to the last day of the first week of classes. The pickup times are restricted to between 8am and 8pm.
Sometimes friends or relatives like to meet you so they can help you settle in. If this is your arrangement, please advise us.
If you've asked to be picked up from the airport you'll be sent a sign. Please display this when you arrive in Australia.
