Privacy Statement
Charles Sturt University recognises the importance of protecting your personal information and is subject to the Privacy Act 1988, Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW). The University will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the collection, use, disclosure and handling of your information complies with the law.
Personal information supplied in your application or collected from you during the recruitment process will be used to process your application and make contact with you and your referees, if required. In the case of unsuccessful applicants, the information will be destroyed after 12 months.
If you believe your rights to privacy have not been respected, you can make a complaint using the Complaint Form.
